You should already possess strong problem solving skills, as well as understand the importance of coordinating logistics for successful special events, while providing outstanding customer service.

Locations:

Picnic People's marketing plan works in any existing town or community where you have companies with 100 or more employees. Your success is only limited to the number of companies that organize their annual company picnic in your area. We can help you review the demographics for your Picnic People franchise.

Financial Qualifications:

All interested applicants must meet Picnic People's minimum financial qualifications and be in a position to properly capitalize the Picnic People investment, including working capital for your expanding business. Once we have reviewed your application and considered the demographics of your proposed location, we will consider your financial qualifications.

Receive Ample Support:

In addition to the Picnic People brand, you will receive the "operating systems" that help you deliver on the Picnic People promise. Included in these systems, the "Picnic People Operations Manual" will guide you through the entire event process, from sales lead to event production. As a new Picnic People franchisee, you will learn to sell the complete event, with the "Picnic People Program." With the complete use of our logo, name and marketing tools, you will be ready to start selling right away. Systems:

Marketing Methods / Sales Plans and Strategies: No sales effort would be complete without an annual marketing plan with seasonal timelines, which you will learn to develop in the "Picnic People Program". In addition, as a Picnic People franchisee, you will have use of all stationery and promotional items. Selling events becomes a breeze when you use Picnic People's proven event proposal templates and location specific sales books, all customized to meet your specific needs.

Event Production: Picnic People has mastered the system of picnic event production. Through the "Picnic People Program", you will receive training on the workflow system needed to manage the entire event. Growing your business and executing multiple successful events in a single day, will all be possible with this specialized instruction. You will also learn the methods for recruiting, hiring and training employees with Picnic People knowledge and energy.

Software / Data: Over the years, Picnic People has gathered all the lessons learned from over 10,000 events. This knowledge is available to you as the franchisee, to overcome whatever obstacle you might encounter. Picnic People will also offer support to all franchisees that use the Synergy software package as their event planning tool. However, whatever technology you use to produce your events, Picnic People will be there to support your event production effort.

Purchasing:

As a franchisee, you will benefit from the volume pricing and long-standing relationships Picnic People has developed with numerous industry vendors. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of the exciting new products, innovative concepts, and picnic services constantly being created by Picnic People. You will even be able to purchase online through our website shopping pages. Picnic People will act as your main supplier for all your picnic needs through our distribution system, which includes direct shipments to help you get your new or expanding business off the ground.

Training:

Picnic People training will be hands-on, interactive and fun - all directed by Picnic People senior staff. As a franchisee, you are invited to participate in any of our training programs. You will be part of Picnic People Boot Camp Sessions 1 and 2, and this training can take place at either Picnic People's headquarters in San Diego and/or at your own facility. You may also participate in our annual and seasonal retraining at our facility, designed to keep you up to date, and to help you build your franchise into a high volume profitable business. The results of our comprehensive training will prepare you to deliver professional Picnic People picnics every time.
